Offense: cruelty to non-livestock animals, two counts

Sentence: Feb. 12 — five years in state prison to run concurrently; $2,500 fine on each count; $370 in court fees

Kenzie Deshawn Wiggins, 50, Atlanta, Texas

Offense: assault causing bodily injury family violence by occlusion with previous conviction

Sentence: Feb. 12 — 10 years in state prison; $1,000 fine; $370 in court fees

Joshua Chance Arnold, 21, Linden, Texas

Offense: burglary of a building Sentence: Feb. 26 — six months in state jail; $420 in court fees

Offense: theft of mail (less than or equal to 10 addresses)

Sentence: Feb. 26 — 90 days in county jail

Offense: theft of property Sentence: Feb. 26 — 90 days in county jail (all sentences to run concurrently)

Offense: possession of a controlled substance

Sentence: Feb. 26 — five years in state prison; $420 in court fees

Jeff Joe Dunken Jr., 45, Paris, Texas

Offense: theft of property between $750 and $2,500

Sentence: Feb. 26 — 180 days in county jail; $420 in court fees

Kenneth Harold Hall, 66, Hughes Springs, Texas

Offense: burglary of a building-enhanced

Sentence: Feb. 26 — 10 years in state prison; $420 in court fees

Offense: evading arrest or detention with a vehicle

Sentence: Feb. 26 — 20 years in state prison; $355 in court fees

Shannon Chantel Venable, 52, Queen City, Texas

Offense: possession of a controlled substance
