Offense: assault causing bodily injury family violence by occlusion with previous conviction
Sentence: Feb. 12 — 10 years in state prison; $1,000 fine; $370 in court fees
Joshua Chance Arnold, 21, Linden, Texas
Offense: burglary of a building Sentence: Feb. 26 — six months in state jail; $420 in court fees
Offense: theft of mail (less than or equal to 10 addresses)
Sentence: Feb. 26 — 90 days in county jail
