LOWER MAKEFIELD POLICE REPORT

Police Department:
Friday, Sept. 14
ATTEjPTED BrodLAoY – On the 1500 block of Applewood Circle, reported at 3:14 a.m. Complainant reports unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and utilized the automatic garage opener remote to gain entry into the residence. Suspect fled after hearing a dog barking in the residence.
DrI AooEST – On the 500 block of W. Trenton Avenue, reported at 2:05 a.m. Police on patrol attempted to stop a vehicle for violations. The suspect fled the scene at a high rate of speed and the officer terminated the pursuit. The officer later found the vehicle crashed into the Calhoun Street Bridge and observed the suspect running. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 28-year-old male driver from Lawrenceville, N.J. for driving under the influence, fleeing and eluding officers, resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement and related charges.
Wednesday, Sept. 12
BrodLAoY – On the 1000 block of Creamery ooad, reported at 4:37 p.m. Complainant reports that unknown person(s) forced entry into a residence via a rear sliding glass door and removed assorted jewelry and a computer.
Tuesday, Sept. 11
DrI AooEST – At Oxford Valley ooad and ooute 1, reported at 3:41 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 45-year-old male driver from jorrisville for driving under the influence.
oETAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak ooad at Kohl’s, reported at 3:43 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 29-year-old female from Bristol for taking $260.59 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.
Monday, Sept. 10
THEFT FoOj VEHICLE - On the 1900 block of nuarry ooad, reported at 7:20 a.m. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered five trucks and removed 10 saws valued at $3,000 and a dPS valued at $200.
On the 2300 block of Brookhaven Drive, reported at 8:34 a.m. Complainant reports that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet including personal ID and credit cards.
Sunday, Sept. 9
oETAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak ooad at Kohl’s, reported at 4:35 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 22-year-old female from Newportville for taking $158.77 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.
Friday, Sept. 7
oETAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak ooad at Kohl’s, reported at 2:12 p.m. Loss Prevention detained a 57-year-old female from oichboro for taking $98.54 worth of merchandise without paying. She was taken into custody by police.
