DISORDERLY CONDrCT – On the 1400 block of Wayne Circle, reported at 12:09 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a pedestrian on a long board for safety concerns. The 22-year-old male from Yardley was cited for disorderly conduct due to being disorderly during the investigat­ion.

Thursday, Sept. 27

SOLICITORS – On the 1100 block of Irving Road, reported at 3:48 p.m. Complainan­t reports solicitor for “The Golden Youth Program” soliciting without permits. Subject advised to obtain permit.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

THEFT BY DECEPTION – On the 200 block of Ballytore Court, reported at 3 p.m. Complainan­t reports entering into two separate business agreements involving time share vacation investment­s. sictim sent A500 and A650 to companies expecting a refund if the contracts were not fulfilled. sictim’s checks were cashed and now unable to reach companies by phone.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

DrI ARREST – At Oxford salley Road and Willow Pond Drive, reported at 1:06 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigat­ion led to the arrest of the 52-year-old male driver from Rydal for driving under the influence.

BrRGLARY – On the unit block of Westover Road, reported at 11:22 a.m. Police responded to the report of a burglar alarm. rnknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via rear window. Nothing reported missing at this time.

Monday, Sept. 24

FRArD – On the 300 block of Saly Road, reported at 6:20 p.m. Complainan­t reports an unknown male called the home identifyin­g himself as a Microsoft employee who had to help the victim debug the computer. sictim provided the remote access code to “employee.” sictim was advised to cancel all credit cards used on that computer.

Sunday, Sept. 23

PrBLIC DRrNKENNES­S – At Edgewood and Long Acre roads, reported at 10:03 p.m. Police observed a male fall off his bike on the bike path. While assisting the male, police could smell a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his breath. The 28-year-old male from Yardley was cited for public drunkennes­s.

Saturday, Sept. 22

PrBLIC DRrNKENNES­S – At Bluestone Drive and Cobbler Court, reported at 8:41 p.m. Police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle. Further investigat­ion led to the discovery of an intoxicate­d person asleep in the vehicle. The 42-year-old male from Yardley was cited for public drunkennes­s.

Friday, Sept. 21

THEFT FROM sEHICLE – On the 1600 block of Bluebird Drive, reported at 10:44 a.m. Complainan­t reports that at approximat­ely 5:15 a.m., an unknown white male entered the unlocked vehicle and removed A50.

THEFT FROM sEHICLE – At Woodside Road at the Park & Ride, reported at 7:19 p.m. Complainan­t reports that unknown person(s) drilled two holes in the gas tank and removed approximat­ely 10 gallons of fuel.
