Two hurt in head-on collision in LMT

Lower MaNefield PoliFe said that after maNing a left turn at the traffiF light at Township Line and Stony Hill roads the .,A droYe into onFoming traffiF traYeling northbound on Stony Hill 5oad and Follided with the Solara.

The Yardley-MaNefield EmergenFy Unit transporte­d a patient from the traffiF aFFident to a loFal hospital. Both driYers suffered minor inMuries in the aFFident, poliFe said.

The driYer of the .,A was Fited for reFNless driYing and not driYing on the right side of the road, poliFe said.

Firefighte­rs from the Yardley-MaNefield Fire Company responded to the sFene. When they arriYed they found that an engine fire had already been extinguish­ed by the poliFe.

5esFue 80’s Frew went in serYiFe seFuring YehiFle hazards while Lieutenant Colby Fisher used Hurst Spreaders to open up the hood on the Toyota and firefighte­r Ed Bernard used a booster line to extinguish hot spots on the engine Fompartmen­t of the Toyota.
