DIS­OR­DERLY CON­DUCT – On the 500 block of W. Tren­ton Av­enue, re­ported at 11W11 a.m. Po­lice on patrol stopped a ve­hi­cle for vi­o­la­tions. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the dis­cov­ery of a small amount of mar­i­juana. The 28-year-old male driver from Fair­less Hills was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct.

DIS­OR­DERLY CON­DUCT – At Yard­ley and Eton roads, re­ported at 1W26 p.m. Po­lice on patrol stopped a ve­hi­cle for vi­o­la­tions. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the dis­cov­ery of a small amount of mar­i­juana. The 21-yearold male driver from Le­vit­town was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE – On the 2200 block of Stack­house Drive, re­ported at 3W03 p.m. Com­plainant re­ports that some­time overnight, un­known per­son(s) en­tered the ve­hi­cle and re­moved a Garmin GPS. Ap­prox­i­mate value is $170.

DUI AR­REST – At W. Col­lege Av­enue and Fair­way Drive, po­lice re­sponded to the re­port of a ve­hi­cle stopped in the in­ter­sec­tion for 20 min­utes. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the ar­rest of the 22-year-old male driver from Yard­ley for driv­ing un­der the Ln­fluHnFH.

AC­CI­DENT & DUI AR­REST – At Schuyler Drive and Re­vere Road, re­ported at 8W28 a.m. Po­lice re­sponded to the re­port of a one ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at the lo­ca­tion. Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the ar­rest of the 18-year-old male driver from New­town for GULYLnJ unGHU WKH Ln­fluHnFH.

Fur­ther in­ves­ti­ga­tion led to the dis­cov­ery of a small amount of mar­i­juana. The 22-year-old male driver from Fair­less Hills was cited for dis­or­derly con­duct.

RE­TAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, re­ported at 11W29 a.m. Loss Preven­tion de­tained a 46-year-old male from Tren­ton, N.J. for tak­ing $757.65 worth of mer­chan­dise with­out pay­ing. She was taken into cus­tody by po­lice.

THEFT FROM sE­HI­CLE – On the 1100 block of Edge­wood Road, re­ported at 11W12 a.m. Com­plainant re­ports that some­time overnight, un­known per­son(s) en­tered the un­locked ve­hi­cle and re­moved a Smith & Wes­son .40 cal­iber hand­gun.

RE­TAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, re­ported at 1W09 p.m. Loss Preven­tion de­tained a 29-yearold fe­male from Lawrenceville, N.J. for tak­ing $586.25 worth of mer­chan­dise with­out pay­ing. She was taken into cus­tody by po­lice.

RE­TAIL THEFT – On the 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, re­ported at 4W09 p.m. Loss Preven­tion re­ported a white fe­male with dark col­ored hair ex­ited the store with­out pay­ing for $168.99 worth of items. THEFT – At 12W17 a.m., on the 600 block of Beaver Street, un­known ac­tor(s) stole two bi­cy­cles from a yard. No value given.

THEFT – At 10W02 a.m., at Rad­cliffe and Mill streets, un­known ac­tor(s) stole a red swing-style bike hel­met val­ued at $100. CRIM­I­NAL MIS­CHIEF – At 2W55 p.m., on the 800 block of Pine Street, un­known ac­tor(s) smashed a rear win­dow of a 2002 Kia Spec­tra.

BUR­GLARY – At 9W08 p.m., on the 500 block of Jef­fer­son Ave., un­known ac­tor(s) stole a PS3 game sys­tem and ap­prox­i­mately 17 games val­ued at $60 each.
