New associate: Kristi Venezia recently joined the Century 21 Alliance Royersford 2ffice as a new sales associate. Rick Opperman, managing partner of the Royersford office, made the announcement.
Licensed in Pennsylvania, Venezia will specialize in residential transactions in Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
A 17-year resident of Limerick, Venezia has owned multiple investment properties of her own over the years.
Bevivino honored: Vincent A. Bevivino, a real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Premier Properties North Wales Office, has been honored as a member of the company’s International Sterling Society.
The recognition places him in the top 12 percent of all sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

A real estate professional for more than 28 years, Bevivino is a graduate of Penn State University and is an instructor of real estate at Montgomery County Community College.

New associate: Kenneth Krauter recently joined Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors Spring House Home Marketing Center as a sales associate. Bruce Glendinning, manager of the office, made the announcement.
Krauter holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. A real estate professional for 10 years, Krauter was with Coldwell Banker Hearthside before joining Prudential Fox & Roach.
A member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors, he specializes in distressed properties and i n v e s t me n t properties.
A Kiwanis chapter president, Krauter resides in Flourtown and serves Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties.
Top producer: Lisa Callinan, a sales associate in the Devon office of Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., was named top producer for her office for June.
Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, made the announcement.
Callinan is a Certified Relocation Specialist and is a consistent Million Dollar Sales Club member and a member of Long & Foster’s Director’s Club.
She has been recognized as one of the Devon office’s top producing sales associates on an annual and monthly basis, and was named a 5-Star Agent in 2010 and 2011.
Callinan, a resident of the Main Line, is a member of a group of Devon office agents who have organized a kiosk at the Court at King of Prussia Mall.
A summa cum laude graduate of Rutgers University, she is involved with school fundraisers, community awareness programs and coordinates the Long & Foster Community Service Day Annual Blood Drive and Toys for Tots Holiday Drive.
