Harassment … Curtis Walton, 50, of the unit block of Orange Avenue, was cited at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 22 for harassment after police responded to McDonald’s, 119 W. Butler Ave., for a disturbanc­e call, police said.

Robbery and assault … Police responded to the parking lot of CsS Pharmacy, 272 E. Butler Pike, for a report of a robbery and assault at 9:48 p.m. Oct. 21, police said. The victim said she was assaulted and robbed by two people in a lot in the 200 block of iindenwold Avenue and one was inside the CsS, police said. Michael iilly, 19, of the unit block of North Street, was located and taken into custody, police said. The other, Savannah Secoolish, 18, also of the unit block of North Street, was located behind the residence and taken into custody, police said. The victim said iilly asked her to meet him in the rear lot of a business in the 200 block of iindenwold Avenue, police said. On arrival, she was pulled out of her vehicle where she was robbed of $793 and assaulted, police said. iilly and Secoolish were arraigned before District Judge Patricia waffarano on robbery, assault, conspiracy and related charges, police said.

Public drunkennes­s … Cody Gardella, 21, of the 100 block of North Main Street, was cited for public drunkennes­s at 2:49 a.m. Oct. 21 after police responded to a location for report of a domestic disturbanc­e and an unwanted subject, police said. Gardella was transporte­d to the station and lodged until he was sober, police said.

Vandalism … A resident of the 300 block of East Butler Avenue reported Oct. 18 his vehicle had been vanGDOLzHG LQ WKH ODVW fiYH GDyV, police said. The front side of his vehicle and the passenger side were keyed, police said. the 700 block of hyle iane, Ambler, reported his black 2011 Audi n5 SUs was stolen from his driveway overnight Oct. 15, police said. The victim said the car is owned by SMG eoldings, 300 Conshohock­en State Road, West Conshohock­en, police said. The victim said the car has a push button start, wasn’t sure if it was unlocked and said a valet key may have been in the glove compartmen­t, police said. charges are pending the results, police said.

Property damage … The front lawn of a property in the 900 block of Bell iane and the lawn at a property in the 800 block of North iimekiln Pike were damaged in a one-vehicle accident at 1:01 p.m. Oct. 21 at iimekiln Pike and Bell iane, police said. Michael s. Andrake, 19, of the 100 block of Sumter Place, Maple Glen, said a white vehicle northbound on iimekiln ahead of him stopped at Bell to allow a vehicle eastbound on Bell to proceed across iimekiln and he had to swerve to the right to avoid striking both vehicles, police said. Andrake said he lost control of the vehicle, which jumped the curb, hit a street sign and went across the two lawns, coming to a rest in the front yard of the property in the 800 block of iimekiln, police said.

Woman injured … Chong D. him, 60, of the 1400 block of iimekiln Pike, Dresher, was injured Oct. 19 in a twovehicle accident at Pinetown Road and eighland Avenue, police said. Maryann T. Ford, 62, of the unit block of Northview Drive, Ardsley, was westbound on eighland at 5:49 a.m. when she stopped for the stop sign at Pinetown and after ensuring the way was clear proceeded into the intersecti­on, where her vehicle was struck by him’s vehicle, which Ford said came through the stop sign southbound on Pinetown, police said. Following the impact, him’s vehicle struck a curb, went down an embankment, hit another curb and some bushes, then another curb, uprooted a tree and spun, VWULNLQJ WKH SRVW RffiFH EuLOGing at 575 Pinetown, police said. him was transporte­d by Ambler Ambulance to Abington Memorial eospital, police said.

Driver cited … Felix D. Smith, 21, of the 100 block of North Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, was cited for driving without a license Oct. 22 following a two-vehicle accident around 2:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Girard Avenue, police said. Ashley Moore, 24, of the 3200 block of Walnut Avenue, Glenside, was southbound on Girard when Smith pulled out of a driveway in her path and she struck his vehicle, police said. No injuries were reported.

Property damage … A golf ball from the iuiu Country Club struck the passenger side exterior mirror of a vehicle northbound on Twining near iimekiln Pike around 2:10 p.m. Oct. 23, breaking the mirror, police said. The victim did not see the golfer, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Daniel N. Fontana, 53, of the 4500 block of Grandview Avenue, Bensalem, will be cited for public drunkennes­s and disorderly conduct in connection with a disturbanc­e around 3:40 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Maple Glen Tavern, 505 N. iimekiln Pike, police said. Witnesses said Fontana was giving a barmaid a hard time and two men tried to assist her and he went after them and then tripped and fHOO RQ WKH flRRU, SROLFH VDLG. :KHQ RffiFHUV DUULYHG WKHy found Fontana, who had an odor of alcohol on his breath and was slurring his words, RQ KLV EDFN RQ WKH flRRU DQG he became angry and was yelling and attempting to stand up, police said. ee requested EMS and was transporte­d by Ambler Ambulance to Abington Memorial eospital and will be cited, police said. Pleasant Avenue around 1:15 a.m., police said.

Public drunkennes­s … Curtis Walton, 50, of the 100 block of Upland Court, North Wales, and a passenger in his vehicle, Christine Cory, 46, of the 300 block of West BURDG 6WUHHW, HDWfiHOG, ZHUH cited for public drunkennes­s around 10:15 p.m. Oct. 17 DfWHU DQ RffiFHU DSSURDFKHG their parked vehicle in the Conestoga Bank lot, 640 Skippack Pike, police said. Both Walton and Cory were visibly intoxicate­d and open alcoholic beverages were found in the vehicle, police said. Walton was also cited for having open alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle, police said.

Retail theft … Carolyn Jean Ash, 27, of the 500 block of South 16th Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft at 3:43 p.m. Oct. 19 after taking $49.93 in goods from the Giant Food Store, 1760 Dehalb Pike, police said.

Retail theft … helliann hern, 39, of the 400 block of Ford Street, Bridgeport, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at 1:48 p.m. Oct. 15 after taking $111.18 in goods from the Giant Food Store, 1760 Dehalb Pike, police said. She was video arraigned in front of District Judge Francis Bernhardt and released on her own recognizan­ce.

Retail theft … Brittany Pry, 25, of the 1200 block of Dogwood Circle, Blue Bell, was charged with retail theft after taking $945.97 in goods from hohl’s Department Store, 1301 Skippack Pike, at 6:18 p.m. Oct. 19, police said. Pry, who fought with a hohl’s loss prevention RffiFHU, KDG FDOPHG GRZQ upon police arrival and she was taken into custody, police said. Pry was video arraigned before District Judge haren wucker, who set bail at $25,000, 10 percent, and she was transporte­d to Montgomery County Prison, police said.

Theft from vehicle … An Olympus camera was reported stolen at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 21 from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 800 block of Meadowbroo­k Road, police said.
