Harass­ment … Cur­tis Wal­ton, 50, of the unit block of Orange Av­enue, was cited at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 22 for harass­ment af­ter po­lice re­sponded to McDon­ald’s, 119 W. But­ler Ave., for a dis­tur­bance call, po­lice said.

Rob­bery and as­sault … Po­lice re­sponded to the park­ing lot of CsS Phar­macy, 272 E. But­ler Pike, for a re­port of a rob­bery and as­sault at 9:48 p.m. Oct. 21, po­lice said. The vic­tim said she was as­saulted and robbed by two peo­ple in a lot in the 200 block of iin­den­wold Av­enue and one was inside the CsS, po­lice said. Michael iilly, 19, of the unit block of North Street, was lo­cated and taken into cus­tody, po­lice said. The other, Sa­van­nah Se­cool­ish, 18, also of the unit block of North Street, was lo­cated be­hind the res­i­dence and taken into cus­tody, po­lice said. The vic­tim said iilly asked her to meet him in the rear lot of a busi­ness in the 200 block of iin­den­wold Av­enue, po­lice said. On ar­rival, she was pulled out of her ve­hi­cle where she was robbed of $793 and as­saulted, po­lice said. iilly and Se­cool­ish were ar­raigned be­fore Dis­trict Judge Patricia waf­farano on rob­bery, as­sault, con­spir­acy and re­lated charges, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Cody Gardella, 21, of the 100 block of North Main Street, was cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness at 2:49 a.m. Oct. 21 af­ter po­lice re­sponded to a lo­ca­tion for re­port of a do­mes­tic dis­tur­bance and an un­wanted sub­ject, po­lice said. Gardella was trans­ported to the sta­tion and lodged un­til he was sober, po­lice said.

Van­dal­ism … A res­i­dent of the 300 block of East But­ler Av­enue re­ported Oct. 18 his ve­hi­cle had been vanGDOLzHG LQ WKH ODVW fiYH GDyV, po­lice said. The front side of his ve­hi­cle and the pas­sen­ger side were keyed, po­lice said. the 700 block of hyle iane, Ambler, re­ported his black 2011 Audi n5 SUs was stolen from his drive­way overnight Oct. 15, po­lice said. The vic­tim said the car is owned by SMG eold­ings, 300 Con­shohocken State Road, West Con­shohocken, po­lice said. The vic­tim said the car has a push but­ton start, wasn’t sure if it was un­locked and said a valet key may have been in the glove com­part­ment, po­lice said. charges are pend­ing the re­sults, po­lice said.

Prop­erty dam­age … The front lawn of a prop­erty in the 900 block of Bell iane and the lawn at a prop­erty in the 800 block of North iimekiln Pike were dam­aged in a one-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at 1:01 p.m. Oct. 21 at iimekiln Pike and Bell iane, po­lice said. Michael s. An­drake, 19, of the 100 block of Sumter Place, Maple Glen, said a white ve­hi­cle north­bound on iimekiln ahead of him stopped at Bell to al­low a ve­hi­cle east­bound on Bell to pro­ceed across iimekiln and he had to swerve to the right to avoid strik­ing both ve­hi­cles, po­lice said. An­drake said he lost con­trol of the ve­hi­cle, which jumped the curb, hit a street sign and went across the two lawns, com­ing to a rest in the front yard of the prop­erty in the 800 block of iimekiln, po­lice said.

Woman injured … Chong D. him, 60, of the 1400 block of iimekiln Pike, Dresher, was injured Oct. 19 in a twove­hi­cle ac­ci­dent at Pine­town Road and eigh­land Av­enue, po­lice said. Maryann T. Ford, 62, of the unit block of Northview Drive, Ard­s­ley, was west­bound on eigh­land at 5:49 a.m. when she stopped for the stop sign at Pine­town and af­ter en­sur­ing the way was clear pro­ceeded into the in­ter­sec­tion, where her ve­hi­cle was struck by him’s ve­hi­cle, which Ford said came through the stop sign south­bound on Pine­town, po­lice said. Fol­low­ing the im­pact, him’s ve­hi­cle struck a curb, went down an em­bank­ment, hit an­other curb and some bushes, then an­other curb, up­rooted a tree and spun, VWULNLQJ WKH SRVW Rf­fiFH EuLOGing at 575 Pine­town, po­lice said. him was trans­ported by Ambler Am­bu­lance to Abing­ton Memo­rial eospi­tal, po­lice said.

Driver cited … Felix D. Smith, 21, of the 100 block of North Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, was cited for driv­ing with­out a li­cense Oct. 22 fol­low­ing a two-ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent around 2:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Gi­rard Av­enue, po­lice said. Ash­ley Moore, 24, of the 3200 block of Wal­nut Av­enue, Glen­side, was south­bound on Gi­rard when Smith pulled out of a drive­way in her path and she struck his ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. No in­juries were re­ported.

Prop­erty dam­age … A golf ball from the iuiu Coun­try Club struck the pas­sen­ger side ex­te­rior mir­ror of a ve­hi­cle north­bound on Twin­ing near iimekiln Pike around 2:10 p.m. Oct. 23, break­ing the mir­ror, po­lice said. The vic­tim did not see the golfer, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Daniel N. Fon­tana, 53, of the 4500 block of Grand­view Av­enue, Ben­salem, will be cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness and dis­or­derly con­duct in con­nec­tion with a dis­tur­bance around 3:40 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Maple Glen Tav­ern, 505 N. iimekiln Pike, po­lice said. Wit­nesses said Fon­tana was giv­ing a bar­maid a hard time and two men tried to as­sist her and he went af­ter them and then tripped and fHOO RQ WKH flRRU, SROLFH VDLG. :KHQ Rf­fiFHUV DUULYHG WKHy found Fon­tana, who had an odor of al­co­hol on his breath and was slur­ring his words, RQ KLV EDFN RQ WKH flRRU DQG he be­came an­gry and was yelling and at­tempt­ing to stand up, po­lice said. ee re­quested EMS and was trans­ported by Ambler Am­bu­lance to Abing­ton Memo­rial eospi­tal and will be cited, po­lice said. Pleas­ant Av­enue around 1:15 a.m., po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Cur­tis Wal­ton, 50, of the 100 block of Up­land Court, North Wales, and a pas­sen­ger in his ve­hi­cle, Chris­tine Cory, 46, of the 300 block of West BURDG 6WUHHW, HDW­fiHOG, ZHUH cited for pub­lic drunk­en­ness around 10:15 p.m. Oct. 17 DfWHU DQ Rf­fiFHU DSSURDFKHG their parked ve­hi­cle in the Con­estoga Bank lot, 640 Skip­pack Pike, po­lice said. Both Wal­ton and Cory were vis­i­bly in­tox­i­cated and open al­co­holic bev­er­ages were found in the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Wal­ton was also cited for hav­ing open al­co­holic bev­er­age inside his ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Carolyn Jean Ash, 27, of the 500 block of South 16th Street, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft at 3:43 p.m. Oct. 19 af­ter tak­ing $49.93 in goods from the Gi­ant Food Store, 1760 De­halb Pike, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … hel­liann hern, 39, of the 400 block of Ford Street, Bridge­port, was charged with re­tail theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty at 1:48 p.m. Oct. 15 af­ter tak­ing $111.18 in goods from the Gi­ant Food Store, 1760 De­halb Pike, po­lice said. She was video ar­raigned in front of Dis­trict Judge Fran­cis Bern­hardt and re­leased on her own re­cog­ni­zance.

Re­tail theft … Brit­tany Pry, 25, of the 1200 block of Dog­wood Circle, Blue Bell, was charged with re­tail theft af­ter tak­ing $945.97 in goods from hohl’s Depart­ment Store, 1301 Skip­pack Pike, at 6:18 p.m. Oct. 19, po­lice said. Pry, who fought with a hohl’s loss preven­tion Rf­fiFHU, KDG FDOPHG GRZQ upon po­lice ar­rival and she was taken into cus­tody, po­lice said. Pry was video ar­raigned be­fore Dis­trict Judge haren wucker, who set bail at $25,000, 10 per­cent, and she was trans­ported to Mont­gomery County Prison, po­lice said.

Theft from ve­hi­cle … An Olympus cam­era was re­ported stolen at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 21 from an un­locked ve­hi­cle parked in the 800 block of Mead­ow­brook Road, po­lice said.
