The solar eclipse will be visible in all parts of southeast Oklahoma beginning around 12 p.m. on Monday, April 8.

Broken Bow

Stop by Broken Bow to view the eclipse and try your hand at winning a share of $5,000 in promotiona­l prizes with a special Solar Eclipse promotion running from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 8. Guests will also receive free promotiona­l eclipse items.

Choctaw Landing

Visit Choctaw Landing in Hochatown on April 8 for hot seat drawings every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for free t-shirts. The new resort will also be giving out free promotiona­l items at the Choctaw Rewards Club while supplies last.

Durant

Choctaw Casino & Resort – Durant is hosting a Solar Eclipse viewing party you won’t want to miss! Drop by AQUA from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on April 8 to watch the eclipse with a free pair of Choctaw Casinos & Resorts eclipse glasses. Leading up to the eclipse, a DJ will provide entertainm­ent and guests have a chance to win free promotiona­l items.

Head inside after the eclipse for a chance to win a share of $140,000 with a special Solar Eclipse promotion from 3 – 9 p.m. Players can also win up to $60,000 in cash and $80,000 in freeplay with InstaRewar­ds.

Grant

eclipse early with Choctaw Casino & Resort – Grant! The Grant casino will be giving away six Mitsubishi Eclipses throughout April, beginning on April 6.

On April 8, take part in the special Solar Eclipse promotion from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with $10,250 in promotiona­l prizes. Players will also have a chance to win $8,500 in cash and $1,750 in freeplay with InstaRewar­ds, as well as free promotiona­l eclipse items. McAlester

Drop by the McAlester casino from 1:30-2:30 p.m. for an eclipse watch party with free glasses! The McAlester casino also has several chances for guests to walk away with prizes on April 8. Guests who earn 25 tier credits from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on April 8 through rated slot play with their Choctaw Rewards Club Card can pick up one black squirrel while supplies last. Guests who earn 25 tier credits from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on April 8 receive free chicken nachos at Trophy’s Bar & Grill. The McAlester Casino will also draw three eligible names via Hot Seats every hour from 11 a.m.1 p.m. and 3-9 p.m. to pick a Solar Eclipse shirt and get a chance to win $50 in freeplay.
