RIVERA, Ismael SBARRA, Edward SIESWERDA, Betty SILVER, Fanny SMITH, Harry Eulaila SMITH, Frank L. TENGE, Julia Ann of Surprise, Arizona passed away peacefully on Thursday February 9, 2012. She was born November 5, 1929 to Herman and Bessie Fox in Buffalo, New York. After graduating from high school, she met and then married Jerome Horwitz in 1948 and had three sons. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, son Richard Horwitz and her brother Dr. Morton (Betty Ruth) Fox. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jerome Horwitz, sons; Sanford (Marlene) Horwitz, Ronald (Pam) Horwitz, sister-in-law; Bernice (Lawrence) Abrams and grandchildren, Amy, Andrea, Jamie, Eric and Rachael Horwitz, all of Arizona. She will be forever loved and missed by all her family and friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary 623-434-7000. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Hospice of Arizona.
