ASU: The Sun Devils (13-16, 6-10 Pac-12) lost their second straight Thursday, 87-75 to No. 5 UCLA. They must win at least one of their remaining two regular-season games to have a chance for seventh in the Pac-12. After USC, ASU hosts No. 4 Arizona on March 4. The Sun Devils lost 82-79 at USC on Jan. 22, a game in which they had a chance to force overtime in the closing seconds.

USC: The Trojans (21-7, 8-7) suffered their third straight defeat Thursday, 90-77 at No. 4 Arizona. Before that, they fell 81-70 to No. 6 Oregon and 102-70 to No. 5 UCLA in one of the toughest string of games any team has faced this season. F Bennie Boatwright had 23 points against UA. He did not play in the first ASU game due to a knee injury.
