Daryl Hall & John Oates, the top-selling duo in music history, are bringing Tears for Fears to Gila River Arena in Glendale on Monday, July 17, with a special acoustic performanc­e by opening act Allen Stone.

Tickets are $30.25-$124.75, going on sale at noon Friday, March 10. American Express card members can purchase tickets through 10 p.m. Thursday, March 9. VIP packages are also available.

Hall & Oates were Philly soul’s dynamic duo, breaking through with the back-to-back hits “Sara Smile” and “She’s Gone” in 1976. They made their first appearance at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 the following year with “Rich Girl” and ruled the early ‘80s pop scene with a string of massive hit singles, including the chart-topping “Kiss on My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater” and “Out of Touch.”

Daryl Hall says, “I am very excited to be touring with Tears for Fears. Their music has a timeless quality that complement­s what we do. I think everyone is going to love this show!”

Depeche Mode

New Wave legends Depeche Mode are returning to Ak-Chin Pavilion on Wednesday, Sept. 27, on the U.S. leg of the Global Spirit tour. Tickets are $30-$99.50, going on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 10. Depeche Mode – Martin Gore, Dave Gahan and Andy Fletcher – plan to release a new album Friday, March 17. Magazine has called “Spirit” “the most energized Depeche Mode album in years.”

QRace fans will be treated to a performanc­e by country music star Colt Ford before the green flag drops. The concert, which will take place on the Fan Midway area at 10:30 a.m., is free to all fans with a grandstand ticket for the Camping World 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race. With his groundbrea­king blend of country music and hip-hop grooves, country artist, Ford scored a No. 1 album on Billboard, sold over 1 million albums and millions more tracks, and has over 100 million YouTube views. Ford will soon release his sixth studio album, “Love Hope Faith” on Average Joes Entertainm­ent.
