Chandler, Arizona, 85248. Roxxanne was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Ruben Martinez and Ermalinda Salinas on July 2nd, 1983. Roxanne is survived by her son, Carlos Martinez Jr., her mother, Ermalinda Salinas and her siblings Leslie Perez, Patsy Soto, Clyde Martinez, Charlie Martinez, Liz Pena, Gilbert Martinez, and Joe Martinez. You shall forever be in our hearts. Stephen Vincent Weaver was born March 29, 1968 in Monterey, California to LeRoy and Josephine Weaver and passed away March 24, 2017 in Tempe, Arizona. Steve was your typical Monterey boy. Growing up he loved the beaches of Santa Cruz and surfing in Monterey, jet skiing with friends, riding his skateboard and listening to his Heavy Metal bands. In 1992 he moved to Arizona to start a new chapter in his adult life. He made Tempe his home and graduated from ASU. He had 2 daughters and they were his world. He took them to Disneyland every year. Steve was an Academic Advisor with the University of Phoenix for 9 years. He was a life-long Oakland Raiders and New York Mets fan. Attending concerts was his favorite past time and he loved a wide variety of music. Steve enjoyed working on cars and dreamed of buying an old muscle car to fix up. He married his soulmate February 16, 2016. They had an adventure filled three years that included several road trips and over 30 concerts. Stephen is survived by his mother- Josephine, wife- Heather, daughters- Ashleigh and Sydney, step-son- Aidan and brothers- Michael, Claude and John. Services will be April 1, 2017at 9:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home, 1562 E Baseline Road, Mesa AZ 85204 with burial to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 22015 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley. Condolence­s may be made by visiting www.qohcfh.org.
