I enjoyed Scott Craven’s article about Bisbee being named Arizona’s Prettiest town on Saturday. I would like to point out that Expedia recently named Fountain Hills as Arizona’s Most Beautiful Town.

What ever the source that honor towns and cities, we must all admit that Arizona is a fantastic state with many beautiful or pretty places.

Opinions vary, but Fountain Hills, Bisbee, Sedona, Prescott and Jerome will be among the top in any survey for towns/ cities; just as the Grand Canyon, Canyon de Chelly, Vermilion Cliffs, Montezuma’s Castle and Monument Valley will lead lists of beautiful open and public spaces. — Boe James, Fountain Hills
