Do you live your life with cat-titude? Then here’s purr-fect place

So you love cats and you want to take it to the next level: This 2,500-squarefoot home for sale in eastern Arizona could be for you.

Nearly every inch of wall space (and some floors) are covered in cat images and cat-themed memorabilia. Catthemed jigsaw puzzles line the ceilings. And for the felines, there are speciallybuilt walkways, at least a dozen cat condos and a 7-foot-tall cat “castle” made of river rock.

The homeowner spent at least 10 years planning and decorating each room, according to Elizabeth Keller, a real-estate agent for Century 21 High Country.

“All the pictures on the walls are basically postcards or pictures she’s cut out of magazines,” Keller said.

You might guess someone so enamored with cats would have more than a few of the critters. The homeowner only had three, Keller said.

“You could not even tell she had cats in there,” she said.

Keller and her real-estate partner, Sara Reidhead, listed the home for sale last week at a price of $240,000. The homeowner decided she didn’t want to live in a rural area anymore, Keller said.
