15 minutes of fame are finally over for Jarrett Maupin
Thank you for finally revealing what a charlatan Jarrett Maupin is. He preaches of the injustice that is inflicted on Black Americans, yet preys on the same people during their time of greatest need. All for the sole purpose of draining their wallets and getting his smug mug on camera.
Maupin cultivates divisiveness and anger. His 15 minutes of fame has long since expired. It is time to change the channel.

The wait for Sen. McCain gives us a pretty good idea how he’ll vote
Thanks to Speaker Mitch McConnell for delaying the GOP health bill vote to wait until our senator recuperates. Sadly it explains how our senior senator will vote. Which also means the Junior Mints senator Flake, will follow.
Thank you for looking out for us, John. I hope you’re getting great care at the Mayo Clinic. The GOP coverage you’ll vote for would never allow us the same opportunity.

Oh, to have the health care of the sage old man of Senate
Does anyone else see the irony in the delay of the vote on the health-care bill so that a privileged Arizona senator can receive preferential health-care treatment through congressional health-care insurance not available to the public? #eventheplayingfield

Why don’t media survey same numbers of Reps and Dems?
The media are trumpeting the ABC/ Washington Post poll that has President Trump’s approval rating at 36 percent with 58 percent disapproval by voters. Really?
Why do the poll-takers not talk about the facts of who was polled?
Twenty-three percent Republicans, 35 percent Democrats, with some independent voters thrown in for good measure. Comment on letters, columns and editorials online or via e-mail. » »
Of course one will get those results. Why not poll 50 percent of each party? Were there no lessons learned from the pre-election presidential polling debacle? Is it any wonder people have lost faith in media ability to report honest facts?
This obvious bias is disgusting to me and to a lot of other voters, I’m sure.

Sing-a-long with me: ‘Oh, how do you solve a problem like Ivanka?’
Problem 1: We have a country being run by kiddies who are trying to please Daddy Trump.
Problem 2: Daddy Trump put the kiddies in power and wants to keep them there.
Problem 3: No one seems to know what to do about problems one and two.
