Can McCain become the model that brings our country together?
I am a life long Democrat who has rarely agreed with John McCain on issues. But I am hoping on hope that the senator’s health challenge is the trigger that brings all sides, the far left and the far right and all in between, together in prayer for his recovery.
Whatever you think of him, John McCain has dedicated his life and given way more than most would in service to our country. And maybe, just maybe, coming together in support of a true American hero will help bring back civility, cooperation and, through prayer, remind us we are Americans first and Democrats or Republican second.
Maybe we can bring back what really made this country great, working together to solve problems and putting to bed the divisiveness that is tearing at the very fabric of our country. My prayers are with you, Senator. And with your whole family. — Jim Manos, Phoenix
Arizona, be proud you have Republicans in office. Not only did they vote for the Congress death service (Trump antiinsurance), but now they are fighting to remove a law that would hold banks responsible for criminal acts.
They want to allow the banks to use arbitration in disputes. Of course the bank gets to choose the arbitrator.
Who says crime doesn’t pay. Why with the help of Republicans crime pays big.
