Earlier in the day Arians said he was impressed with how quickly Gabbert had learned the playbook and also intimated pick, dropped a pass that hit him right in the hands.

CBs Elie Bouka (ankle) and Jumal Rolle (hamstring) did not practice and were scheduled to undergo MRI exams. ILB Deone Bucannon (ankle) is on the Physically Unable to Perform list. OLB Jarvis Jones (vessel injury in his quad) is on the active/non-football injury list and is considered day-to-day.
