10 Arizonans earn recognition on Forbes’ global billionaires list
Mark Shoen, a large owner in U-Haul International’s parent company Amerco, heads a contingent of 10 Arizonans on Forbes’ 2018 global-billionaire list.
The report released Tuesday listed 2,208 global billionaires.
Jeff Bezos, the head of online retailer Amazon.com, ranked as the world’s wealthiest individual with a net worth of $112 billion, followed by Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates at $90 billion and Warren Buffett, owner of conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway, at $84 billion. Arizonans on this year’s list:
