Can someone please remove coyotes from neighborhood?

- Marie Sanchez, Phoenix John Mazur, Phoenix Peni Long, Anthem Jeff Greenberg, Phoenix Al Nelson, Phoenix

So Arizona Game and Fish killed a small bear because it was in a residential area, but for some reason can’t remove the coyotes from Royal Palm Park in Phoenix.

Sometimes there are as many as four laying in the park in the morning when I take my walk. People bring their small children and small dogs to the park in the morning and have to be extra careful because the coyotes are no longer afraid of humans.

Why is it that Game and Fish can’t move the coyotes to a location far from the park?

Here’s how to save “Roseanne” after the star shot her tweet off

ABC cancelling “Roseanne” can be an even better thing with one final tweak:

Put the show back into production, thus correctly dealing with the hundreds of talented folks who just lost their job at the snap of a finger.

The show is actually much better without Roseanne Barr, so continue with the same talented cast led by John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf & Sara Gilbert and re-title it “Roseanne’s Fam” and start airing it on the ABC-owned Freeform cable network in its original Tuesday 8 p.m. / 7 p.m. Mountain & Central time slot.

Everyone’s happy: The ABC business affairs and legal team, the Freeform program, sales and promo departments now with a very visible weekly viewing platform to promote other deserving shows, the advertising community hungry for rare hit vehicles, as well as the millions of Americans who loved the show.

Just a hustle up for the writing staff and show runners for re-tweaked story lines.

Win, Win, Win!

Had it been possible, I would have arranged for mom to go peacefully

Thanks to Linda Valdez for her article regarding aid-in-dying.

It is indeed time that we expand the discussion and possible options for those who may not be terminally ill but who have come to that time that peacefully ending a well-lived life should be an option.

As caregiver for my mother in the last months of her life, I remember her waking words to me on many mornings: “Why am I still here?”

Finally, at last, after months of being bed-ridden, she did reach out with her hand and greet my dad in (I hope) heaven. This is not an easy issue to resolve, but I do think we should have an option other than traveling to Switzerland or another state.

If I could have — and of course if she really wished it — I would have arranged for my mother to go peacefully, listening to beautiful music, holding my hand and looking at a picture of her husband and my much-missed dad as she went to meet him in the ever after.

Thank you, Linda, for this issue. highlighting

Thank you to the kind soul who honored my service at First Watch

I am a 23-year retired Navy veteran and wear a ball cap to show it.

On Sunday, May 27, I took my family to brunch at First Watch in Glendale. When it came time to pay my bill, I was informed that my bill was paid by a total stranger.

I have been thanked many times for my service, but this was a first. If you are the person who paid for our meals, I just want to say thank you very much. I was truly touched as were my children and my grandson.

Foul-mouthed TV host must be a great role model to her own kids

Let me just say Samantha Bee that you are are a terrible role model for your children. If your despicable attack on Ivanka Trump is representative of how you share your values.
