GILBERT – Wilburn Philip “Phil” Dyer (March 2, 1946 - June 11, 2018), a devoted husband, father, grandfather, treasured friend, and prominent pillar of the community went to be with our Lord and Savior Monday, June 11th during a medical procedure. Phil was born in Phoenix, Arizona where he attended Loma Linda elementary school, Camelback High School and graduated from Arizona State University with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business.
