A surefire way for Democrats to win the 2020 election

- William Robbins, Yuma Norman Gross, Sedona Rod Livdahl, Mesa

I think its a wonderful idea the Democrats have to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

When that is finished, they can start to dismantle the Border Patrol, then work on ending local law enforcement agencies so that no one gets arrested or possibly injured in a fashion they disagree with.

This way everybody in our country, and those from other countries, can violate our laws without fear of any kind of repercussion.

Throw in some free college and medical benefits and I think there is no way the Democrats lose the election in 2020.

Democrats are fanning the flames of outrage to win elections

The many marches protesting the separation of migrant children from their parents will have only one impact:

To make protesters feel their message and cause are alive and well. The opposite is true.

A solid majority of Americans blame the parents of the separated children — not Donald Trump or our government — for any family break-ups.

Many Americans wonder why such protests did not occur during the Obama years, when his administration’s actions resulted in migrant children in detention.

Many others are tired of the left's seemingly incessant immigration protests, finger-pointing and name-calling, their disregard for the rule of law, and their failure to offer any real solutions to the serious problems with our current immigration system.

Bottom line, the left is desperate for issues — real or imagined — to counterbalance Trump's many successes.

They need to keep their base energized or November's elections will leave their party in total disarray.

Roe vs. Wade is about dealing with mistakes. Trump can relate

With Justice Kennedy announcing his retirement, Donald Trump will likely get to make another appointment to the Supreme Court and change the color of the court to deep red for decades!

Most observers believe that spells doom for social justice and labor issues and quite probably Roe vs. Wade, thus ending legal abortion in America?

As a Christian, I can't say I approve of abortion, but I also look at it pragmatically and wonder if a passionate mistake that will completely change the course of the entire lives of tens of thousands of young girls and quite often force them into a life of poverty and reliance on government handouts is benefiting either society or the young lives of mother and child?

An unusual analogy came that I feel compelled to share.

Donald Trump will never admit to a to mind mistake, but he has made plenty. However he had easy remedies available to him.

Our president found a younger woman twice and used divorce court to usher the other two women out of Trump Tower.

And he has used bankruptcy court four times to get out of repaying billions of debt because of his business mistakes.

America has to wait two more years to fix our Big Mistake in D.C.
