SCOTTSDALE – Veronica J. L. Moll, 88, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away peacefully at her residence on July 10, 2018, surrounded by her family. Veronica was born June 27, 1930, in New York, NY to Agnes C. Tudor and Joseph Blondell.

In 1952, Veronica proudly joined the Air Force where she was a Radio Mechanic. While serving, she met her husband, Richard, whom she married in 1954. After raising 6 children, she earned her degree in Communicat­ion from Arizona State University at the age of 53. She then pursued a career in banking. Veronica enjoyed singing and was a devoted choir member for over 30 years. After retiring, she spent her time sewing, gardening, knitting, and most importantl­y focusing on her family.

Veronica was predecease­d by her husband, Richard, of 46 years. She will be deeply missed by her six children: Christophe­r Moll, Laura Williams, Mary Hentges (Glen), Julia Moll, Elizabeth Clark (Gary), Jennifer Swain (Ron), 17 grandchild­ren and 3 great grandchild­ren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 16th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. scripture service at Messinger Indian School Chapel, located at 7601 East Indian School, Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 17th, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 10815 North 84thStreet, Scottsdale, AZ. Donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley (hov.org) or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org).
