GLENDALE – 84, passed away peacefully September 3, 2018. She was born in a sod house in Sherman County, Kansas July 5, 1934 to Norris E. and Letha (Tate) Sporing. She married Harry J. Morgan in August 1953. They were long time resident of Frederick, Maryland where they raised four children while working to create barrier free access for the disabled.

They moved to Glendale, Arizona in 1977 where Ilea became an accomplish­ed needlewoma­n. She was active in the EGA and ANG chapters helping to found a chapter and holding offices including being elected president in 1994 of the Desert Threaders. She was selected to stitch an ornament for the White House Christmas Tree in 1996.

Ilea was survived by two daughters, Debra S Fisher, NC, Dana Bacigalupp­i, PA, one sister Lois Byers, and multiple grandchild­ren, great grandchild­ren, nephews and nieces.

She was predecease­d by her beloved husband Harry, one daughter Deloras La Master, one son Duane Owen Morgan, and one grandchild, Jennifer Schroerer.

Services will be Monday, September 10, at the Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ in the West Chapel. Visitation at 10 a.m., Celebratio­n of Life at 11a.m., Graveside at noon.
