Elevators, humidor rooms and a reinforced roof for rooftop entertaini­ng are among the luxurious features in this week's most expensive house sales in metropolit­an Phoenix.

The John J. and Elizabeth Neff Trust of Milwaukee bought a 5,244-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community, a neighborho­od of DC Ranch. The four-bedroom, 41⁄2-bathroom house with a stone façade comes with a guest casita as well as front and back patios. Dallas lawyer Scott Kortmeyer and his wife, Kristin, sold the house, which they bought last year.

A Delaware LLC called RFH28901AZ purchased this north Scottsdale mansion with a “car collector” garage with room for 11 vehicles. The 9,819-squarefoot property comes with multiple guest houses, an elevator to the master bedroom, a 2,000-bottle wine and cigar room, full theater and pool with waterfall. Debra Croghman sold the mansion with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms located near the Troon communitie­s and golf courses.

Jane and Donald Reese bought a new villa in Paradise Valley's Mountain Shadows Resort. No specifics were available on the couple's home. Condominiu­ms in the new developmen­t range from 2,500 to 3,615 square feet, according to the developer. Most have three bedrooms, two-car garages and private elevators to upper units. The project was launched a few years ago, and several buyers have recently closed on the villas. Tnhc Mountain Shadows LLC was the seller.

One of the Arizona Coyotes newest hockey players, Alex Galchenyuk, bought a house in the heart of Paradise Valley. Galchenyuk, traded to the Arizona Coyotes in June from the Montreal Canadiens, has a 7,000square-foot modern house to move into near Camelback Mountain. The five-bedroom home has 61⁄2 bathrooms and a master suite complete with a den. The backyard pool comes with a swim-up bar. Ollie Gear owner Gregory Shulkin of California sold the house.

The Kalyan S. Mayo Trust purchased a contempora­ry-style Paradise Valley house that was renovated last year. The 6,000-square-foot house with a reinforced roof for rooftop entertaini­ng comes with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, steam room and putting green. Eastern Benefit Trust sold the home.
