Ivan Osorio, a neurologis­t practicing in Kansas City, and his wife Sheryl, purchased a mansion in Scottsdale’s Paradise Valley Farms community. The 8,600-square-foot house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was completely renovated in 2015 with $2.6 million in upgrades, including a white marble designer kitchen, full wall of wine refrigerat­ion, disappeari­ng glass doors, wide plank walnut and white oak flooring. The house has two exercise rooms with steam showers, a Japanese soaking tub, and private studies in each bedroom. It also features an exercise/ sauna room and a large pub/game room with a zinc countertop bar.
