Oh, Democrats, your rank hypocrisy is showing again
The protests against Judge Brett Kavanaugh would have had credibility had they been real. They left out something. First, complete silence on U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, a Democrat accused of abusing his former girlfriend.
But the worst omission is the Clintons. The leftist cry is that all accusers must be heard and must be believed and that accusation alone equals guilt.
For those who do not know or don’t remember, Bill Clinton during his presidency was accused of rape by three women and sexual harassment by several others.
Hillary Clinton and the Clinton supporters crucified those women. Their voices go ignored even to this day. No protests, no shouting, nothing. Now the Clintons have embarked on a 13-city promotional tour. Not a word from protesters, the Democrats or even some of the opinion writers of this newspaper.
This all suggests violations committed by Democratic leaders are OK.
I’ve studied climate change quite a bit and I’m not buying it
Man-caused climate change is myth. Saying this is antithetical to
crusade to promote belief in climate change.
I am labeled a “denier” and anti-science. In fact, I’m not denying anything, and I have a master’s degree plus postgraduate work, and a 35-year career in engineering. I made an objective effort to investigate climate change claims both pro and con, with only the truth as my objective. I read many books and scientific articles.
My scientific conclusion is that there is no scientific evidence for man-caused global warming, and no consensus of

❚ scientists for it. Like so many things, objective science has been corrupted by politics and biased left-wing news organizations. I would recommend more balanced reporting by the journalists at There are tens of thousands of highly qualified scientists who disagree that there is man-caused global warming, and plenty of well-researched and clearly written books and articles for them to read. But, I guess it doesn’t make a good story for front page.
It’s bogus to claim Kavanaugh was cleared by the evidence
As a former prosecutor, I need to take strong exception to the several letters claiming that Mr. Kavanaugh has been “exonerated” because there has been no corroboration of the numerous claims made against him.
A prosecuting attorney who refused to interview 40 people claiming to have relevant evidence and willing to speak about a case would be guilty of malpractice if she or he failed to do so. The Kavanaugh “investigation” was a miscarriage of justice.
It’s patently ridiculous to announce that an investigation is going to look for corroboration and then conclude from that “investigation” there was none.
The Kavanaugh and the Mueller investigations raise a compelling question — if there’s credible evidence of one’s innocence, then why try so hard to impede and even stop the investigations?
