The 2018-19 Phoenix Suns’ regular season kicked off this week, and if you’re not already itching to head to Talking Stick Resort Arena, then we may have a few reasons to get you excited.

The downtown Phoenix arena debuted a handful of new food items that will be available this season. They include a burger option for vegan and vegetarian diners and several offerings that pack a lot of local flavor.

Executive chef Eileen Aguilera says she wanted to showcase the flavors of the region with the new Suns Spicy Southwest Loaded Fries.

“It has really Southwest flavors with green chile queso, pico de gallo, cilantro and the Schreiner’s chorizo,” she says. “We didn’t want to do the same old carne asada fries or something like that. We wanted to do something a little more local with a little more of the flavors from here.”
