SABRES 3, Red Wings 1: Casey Mittelstadt and Kyle Okposo scored power-play goals and the Sabres won for just the fourth time in 11 games by beating the Red Wings.

BLUES 3, Predators 2: Vladimir Tarasenko scored his 19th goal of the season, rookie Jordan Binnington made 28 saves and the Blues beat the Predators, extending their season-best winning streak to five games.

LIGHTNING 5, Penguins 4: Tyler Johnson and J.T Miller had third-period goals as the Tampa Bay Lightning stopped a rare two-game skid with a 5-4 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night.

Sharks 5, OILERS 2: Kevin Labanc recorded his first career hat trick as the Sharks won their fifth straight, 5-2 over the Oilers on Saturday night.

Maple Leafs 4, CANADIENS 3 (OT): John Tavares scored at 2:17 of overtime to give the Maple Leafs a victory over the Canadiens. Panthers 5, CAPITALS 4 (OT): Mike Hoffman scored the winning goal and Roberto Luongo made 26 saves to help the Panthers beat the Capitals.
