Stone accents, glass walls and guest houses are among the luxurious features in some of this week's priciest home sales in metro Phoenix. Among the buyers and sellers: a former media executive, a benefit auctioneer and a radiologis­t.

Rodney Lincoln III and Robyn Davena of Anchorage, Alaska, purchased a contempora­ry-style mansion at Palo Verde Foothills in Paradise Valley.

The 1.51-acre-lot estate has views of Camelback Mountain and features a pool with a cabana and a six-car garage. There are four bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms in the 6,736-square-foot home. John Dorsey sold the house.

Deborah and George Christ III paid cash using a trust for a mansion with a guest house in Paradise Valley’s Turquoise Hills community.

The 7,150-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and was built in 2018.

Grounds of the one-acre lot estate offers Mummy Mountain views and features a backyard with a pool, ramada, dual grilling stations and a fire pit. An Arizona limited liability company, 5430 Sapphire LLC, sold the home.

The 5,021-square-foot contempora­rystyle mansion has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and overlooks the seventh fairway of the Mirabel Village golf course.

The single-level estate features natural stone accents, wooden beams and sliding glass walls that connect the home’s indoor and outdoor space. Grounds of the estate include a resortstyl­e backyard complete with a negative-edge pool and a detached guest house.

Sandra and Earl Rusnak Jr., a retired founding partner of Chicago-based Harris Associates L.P., sold the 1.95acre lot property.

The 1.63-acre-lot estate was sold by Kenneth W. Lowe, as trustee of the Biltmore Mountain Holding Trust. Lowe is the former chief executive officer of the E.W. Scripps Company and Scripps Networks Interactiv­e. He currently serves on the board of directors at Discovery Inc., which owns cable television brands HGTV, the Discovery Channel and the Food Network.

Benefit auctioneer Mark Alman and his wife, Laura, paid cash for a Santa Barbara/Tuscan-style mansion at Paradise Valley Country Estates. Mark Alman is the founder and president of Alman Benefit Auctions based in northern California.

The single-level home has mountain views and features arched doorways, exposed wooden beams, a private courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and a separate guest house.

The 5,630-square-foot home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms . Suzanne and Richard Vanderhoff Jr. sold the property through a trust.
