A Paradise Valley home once owned by former Arizona Cardinals’ quarterbac­k Kurt Warner sold for $3.1 million, making it one of the area’s top-selling homes of the week.

Among other buyers and sellers: a document service company executive, a nephrologi­st and a gastroente­rology doctor.

Ty and Debbie Jenkins purchased a mansion in the Upper Canyon of Scottsdale’s Silverleaf at DC Ranch community. Ty Jenkins is the founder and chairman of Docutech, a document service company with an office in Scottsdale.

The two-story estate comes with a gourmet kitchen, brick-barreled ceilings and a spacious backyard that features a pool and a one-bedroom guest casita.

The 10,634-square-foot home has six bedrooms, 71⁄2 bathrooms and was built in 2009.

GJP, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, sold the house.

Vikram Singh and Guneet Mumick paid cash using a trust for the Paradise Valley mansion once owned by Warner. Singh is a gastroente­rology doctor and Mumick is a nephrologi­st, both practicing in the Valley.

The two-story gated estate was featured on HGTV’s ‘Celebrity Homes’ and features a front entrance foyer with a 24foot ceiling, a glass-railed circular staircase and dual-master suites. Grounds of the estate offers mountain views and include a separate guest house and a 62-foot lap pool.

There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the 11,300-square foot home.

The home was sold by Simone Warner House, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Warner, an NFL Hall of Famer, led the Arizona Cardinals to their first Super Bowl appearance in 2008. He is currently an analyst for the NFL Network.

The 6,059-square-foot estate has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and was built in 2016.

James and Kerry Hamilton sold the house through a trust.

The 4,036-square-foot home has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Phillip Garvin and Angela Seda-Garvin of Lakespur, Colorado sold the home.

Gary and Teresa Yourtz of Denver, Colorado paid cash for an estate in Paradise Valley’s Azure by Shea Homes community.

The 3,224-square-foot new-constructi­on house has three bedrooms and 31⁄2 bathrooms.

The estate features luxurious wood inlay ceilings, an outdoor linear fireplace and a resort-style pool with waterfall accents. Shea Homes Arizona Limited Partnershi­p, an Arizona limited partnershi­p, sold the house.
