Among the luxury home buyers and sellers this week: a Montana car dealership executive, a private investment firm CFO and a local custom home builder.

Abood Investment Management LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, purchased a French country style estate in Paradise Valley.

The 7,479-square-foot gated mansion comes with five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms. The house's architectu­ral design features include coffered ceilings, reclaimed wooden beams and multiple fireplaces.

Grounds of the 1.44-acre estate include a private courtyard and a four-car garage. Bar Z LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, sold the home.

Cheryl Bressler of Saratoga, Wyoming, paid cash for a modern luxury estate in Scottsdale’s Saguaro Forest at Desert Mountain community.
