Katherine Dunn

Katherine (Katie) Dunn went to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Shangri La Senior Living center in Phoenix, AZ. Katie was born on June 28, 1925 in a little house in Winslow, AZ. She grew up in Chandler, AZ with summers spent on the family sheep ranch near Heber, AZ along with her sisters; Louella Hobbs (deceased) and Pat Hoffman later married Walt Hoffman. She met her one & only love, Bobby Jack Dunn (known as Jack) while attending Chandler High. Jack preceded Katie in death by almost 24 years. Katie was a beautiful person with the most beautiful smile and laugh. She was the best loving mother to her three surviving children, Bob Dunn & his wife Joy, Gary Dunn & his wife Talley, and Jeri Kimbrough & her husband Tom, 7 grandchildren, Peggy Dunn Calder (recently passed away), Kimberly Dunn, Jason Kimbrough, Nichole Dunn Hutman, Seth Dunn, Dawson Dunn, Tate Dunn and 4 great grandchildren, Tristan Calder, Katie Calder, Ashlee Kimbrough, & Jack Wager.

Memorial Service held on Saturday, June 27 at 11:00 am at Palmcroft Church, Student Center, 15825 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Send Flowers for Memorial to Palmcroft Church. go to the farthest east end of the campus to the Student Center (two-story red brick building).
