5 top home sales this week in Valley top $2 million each
His-and-hers closets, an electric vehicle charging station and a batting cage are among the features in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metro Phoenix.
All of the top five deals exceeded $2 million.

Paul Reicherter and Jessica Jellison sold the home. Reicherter is a dermatologist and Jellison is a physician, both practicing in Kansas.

The 0.66-acre property will be a singlefamily residence, according to Maricopa County Recorder documents. White Horse 50, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, sold the property.
