Nick and Kim Barbieri of Ukiah, California, paid cash for a luxury estate on 15.5 acres in Scottsdale. Nick Barbieri is the founder of California-based Nick Barbieri Trucking LLC, the parent company of Redwood Coast Fuels and North Bay Petroleum. Cincinnati, Ohio-based RelaDyne announced the acquisitio­n of Nick Barbieri Trucking in September.

The 11,727-square-foot estate features 25-foot wood-beamed ceilings, a climate-controlled wine cellar and grounds that include a putting green and a resortstyl­e pool. The home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
