New home in PV’s Cameldale Estates sells for $7M

A $15.5 million sale topped the list of this week’s five priciest home sales in metro Phoenix. Three houses in the exclusive Silverleaf enclave in north Scottsdale’s DC Ranch made the list. Buyers spent $32 million in cash on the three most expensive properties.

A Delaware LL called Silver Rocks paid cash for a 12,132-square-foot estate in north Scottsdale’s exclusive Silverleaf

neighborho­od. The house, with five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms, comes with a nine-car garage, walk-in glass wine cellar, separate home theater and inside basketball court. John Dorsey sold the house.

Cascabelle­s Dos LLC of Kenilworth, Illinois, paid cash for a Silverleaf mansion. The Spanish Colonial-style house has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The 11,000-square-foot property, situated on the golf course, has a lounge bar with wine room, game room, library, three offices with reception areas and a large outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. Centauri Six LLC, led by lawyer Matthew Donovan, sold the mansion.

A Delaware LLC titled with the property’s address paid cash for a 6,595square-foot new house in Paradise Valley’s gated Cameldale Estates. The house, with four bedrooms and 41⁄2 bathrooms, has two dens, a guesthouse and views of Camelback Mountain. The seller was an LLC led by real estate agent Sharat Kanaka. Christophe­r Karas of Launch Real Estate’s Kara Group had the listing.

AZPHXIL Inc. of Oak Brook, Illinois, purchased a 7,500-square-foot mansion situated on two acres in Paradise Valley.

The listing describes it as having “jawdroppin­g views from every room, hand plastered walls, high ceiling and custom stone flooring.” Paul and Audrey Johnson sold the house.

Hausmann Developmen­t of Lincoln, Nebraska, bought a Mediterran­ean-style home in DC Ranch’s Silverleaf neighborho­od that wasn’t listed for sale. Denise Boyle sold the house, which has 3,000 square feet of space and was built in 2010, according to real estate records.
