The Jill K Clarke Trust of Omaha, Nebraska, paid cash for an 8,700-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The “remodeled masterpiece” Santa Fe-style home with six bedrooms and 8 12 ⁄ bathrooms is situated on an acre of land. The estate comes with a casita complete with game room, TV room, exercise room and twobedroom guest suite with living room. The house was sold by the Ennis Trust, led by Thomas C. and Barbara Ennis. Thomas Ennis is an executive with Amplify Snack Brands, which makes Skinny Pop Popcorn. Karen Baldwin of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Bee Francis of the same brokerage represented the buyer.

The seller was Carlang LLC, led by Drs. Carlos and Luz Lopez.

They are the parents of actor Asher Angel, who is known for his role as Jonah Beck in the 2017 Disney Channel series “Andi Mack.” In 2019, Asher Angel portrayed Billy Batson in the DC Extended Universe film “Shazam!” The family’s home has 6,478 square feet of space, five bedrooms and 5 12 ⁄ bathrooms. Jonathan and Natalie Beatty sold the home.
