PHOENIX – Renny Domini of Phoenix, AZ; beloved and devoted father, Nonno and brother, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was 84. Born and raised in Bessemer, PA; he attended Youngstown State University in Ohio where he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. While attending college he was in the ROTC, graduating with top honors in 1959. Renny then joined the US Army & served for 2 years as a 1st Lt. in Artillery and was promoted to Captain in the Reserves. After the Army he moved to AZ where he resided for the rest of his life. He worked at General Motors, Goodyear Aerospace and New York Life. Upon retirement, he shared his passion for education by substitute teaching primarily at the high school level. Over the years Renny was involved with many different profession­al and personal organizati­ons, serving as President of Phoenix Life Underwrite­rs and founder of the YSU AZ Alumni Chapter. He was a long time active parishione­r, council member and volunteer at SS Simon and Jude Cathedral. Above all else, he adored spending time with his family any chance he could get. He was the most passionate, vocal and supportive cheerleade­r over many years of his children’s and grandchild­ren’s sporting, dance and theatrical activities.

Renny is survived by daughters Lisa Domini and Molly Domini Cash; sons Keith (Tara Burke), Craig (Alden) and Matt (Jennifer); 8 grandchild­ren: Winfield Cash, Gabriella and Mia Domini, Ally, Andrew and Nick Lancaster, Porter and Hudson Domini; sister Edda (Ed) Haselius; sister-in-law, Angie Domini; brother-in-law, Ken Ludeke; former wife and mother of his children, Cindy Domini; numerous cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, stepmother, brother Primo, sister Franca Ludeke, and longtime companion Teddi Muha. A memorial service will be held at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, 16245 N. 60th Street, Scottsdale on Friday, May 7th at 10:00 a.m. and can be viewed online at http://saintberna­dette.com/livestream.
