PV mansion with private jogging path sells for $12M
A Paradise Valley estate with a private jogging path, an exercise building, a putting green, a two-bedroom guest house and a two-story library sold for $12 million. It was the priciest metro Phoenix home to sell last week.

JRG Home2 LLC purchased a 12,295square-foot mansion with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms located on more than two acres in Paradise Valley. The estate with a private jogging path, an exercise building, a putting green, a two-bedroom guest house and a twostory library has full views of Camelback Mountain.
The Michael Gilliland Trust sold the property. Gilliland is the former CEO of Sunflower Farmers Market and founder of Wild Oats Markets Inc. Joan Levinson of Realty ONE Group had the listing.

Spirit Ranch LLC bought a 16,400square-foot estate in north Scottsdale from the Renee and Buddy LLC, led by Phoenix International Raceway's former owner Emmett "Buddy" Jobe. The home has five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. More information wasn’t available because the house wasn’t listed for sale.

Eric Hikade and Emily Gentry purchased a 9,152-square-foot mansion in Paradise Valley. Both are with San Franciscobased Gentry Dentistry. The gated home with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms is situated on a 2.7-acre lot. It has a six-car garage, a tennis court, a game room and a casita.
Greg and Marcia Falk sold the property.

The Stephen and Linda Odell Family Trust paid cash for an 8,844-squarefoot house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms in Paradise Valley. The home comes with a steam shower, a wine room, a movie theatre, a resortstyle backyard with a saltwater pool, a putting green and a sports court. Richard and Jole Harmon sold the home.

The Abramson Revocable Trust purchased a 9,600-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The home with four bedrooms and 7 1⁄2 bathrooms was designed by Bing Hu. It has a 1,000-square-foot covered patio with a TV and a fireplace, a putting green, a wine cellar, a huge gourmet kitchen and a guest casita with a fireplace.
The Jacqueline K Hanson Trust sold the house.
