GLENDALE – Adele Marie (Werner) Godlove of Glendale, AZ passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at age 80.

Adele was born September 27, 1941 in Attica, IN, the daughter of Arthur and Lola (Kellenberger) Werner. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and every year she looked forward to making her hand-crafted Christmas cards. Each contained a personal hand-written message. Adele was recently surprised with an 80th birthday party with all her children in attendance, several grandchildren and close friends. She was a talented singer, starting at a very early age in the church choir. She later ventured her way to local stages. She was known for her smooth voice, perfect pitch and the gift of harmony. She was a strong woman with a gentle soul, usually putting the needs of others before her own. She will be sorely missed.

Adele was the proud mother to seven children: Tammie (Brent) Smith, Catherine (Mauricio) Iacuelli, Tina (Mike) May, Carmin (Tim) Eisele, Jerry Farmer II, Sonja (Dennis) Ross and Lonna (Mark) Murphy; grandmother to 20 grandchildren and “Grandma Great” to 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers David and William Werner; sisters Lorita Farrell and Annette Werner; husband Jerry Farmer; and twin grandsons Jeremy and Jason Farmer.

We will be celebrating her life and legacy on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, 5:00PM at Circle of Peace Church, 8430 W Deer Valley Rd., Peoria, AZ 85382 with Pastor Jeremy Ashworth officiating. A light reception to follow at the church.

We can already hear you singing with the angels, Mom.
