It was great seeing and hearing from Gov.-elect @GlennYoungkin last night. His election demonstrated the power of common sense, conservative ideas — and I was proud to knock doors in Virginia in support of his campaign.

Bowers released a statement rejecting the calls for a special session by Trump allies. That statement prompted a phone call from the governor, who told Bowers he had shared his statement w/ friends. The governor told him he was “proud I was his speaker.”

The 2022 race for the Democratic nomination for Gov. is in disarray. While @katiehobbs has long been seen as a frontrunner, this story shows she is losing support. How long until @KateWGallego or @AthenaSalman are asked to step up? #AzGov

— Brian Lonergan

“Hopefully, a year from now the fruits of Biden’s initiatives will be felt, COVID will be behind us, bottlenecks behind the current inflation will be overcome, and the horrors of the Trump years will become more visible through Congress’s investigations.”
— Robert Reich
