$14M PV home, $4.25M Litchfield Park mansion sell

A Paradise Valley mansion with 11 bathrooms and two kitchens was last week’s priciest home to sell in metro Phoenix. A Litchfield Park mansion with a 19-car garage and pool with a lazy river and waterfalls sold for $4.25 million.

Jorva Partners B, LP of Roseville, California, paid cash for a 16,556-squarefoot Paradise Valley mansion with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Situated on a 2.25-acre lot, the home has two kitchens, a custom wood-paneled office, a theater/game room and a sevencar garage.

5315 WILKINSON LLC, managed by Dean Graziosi, an investor and author who does training seminars with Tony Robbins, sold the property. Robert Joffe of Launch Real Estate had the listing.

Wade and Jennifer Teslow of Iowa purchased an 8,500-square-foot-home in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The couple own Twi of Dubuque, a tanning salon chain. The home comes with eight fireplaces, two offices, a game room, a casita and 22-feet-high glass automated doors.

BMD Trust led by Brandi and Sean D’Souza sold the home. Sean D’Souza is a vascular surgeon.

$4,800,000

Reed and Leanne Widen of Wisconsin paid cash for a 7,235-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 5 1⁄2 bathrooms in north Scottsdale’s DC Ranch. The house also has two sets of disappeari­ng glass doors, a glass tile pool and a gourmet kitchen with dual dishwasher­s. Steve and Kristen Sullivan were the sellers.

$4,300,000

The Ford B Howell Trust bought a 7,453-square-foot home in Paradise Valley with a backyard that overlooks Mummy Mountain. The house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms has an outdoor kitchen, a wet bar and fireplace, a putting green, 23-foot high windows and a game room.

The James Unruh Trust sold the property. Unruh is the founder of Alerion Capital Group and a former CEO of Unisys Corp.

$4,250,000

The LLC 4040 West Peoria paid cash for a 10,500-square-foot Litchfield Park mansion with a 19-car garage, seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The 9.4acre compound has a resort-style pool with a slide, a lazy river and waterfalls, an RV bay, a liquor room, steam showers, a theater, a gym, a volleyball court and a guesthouse.

Shauvick Lall of SWP Contractin­g & Paving sold the property.
