Government offices
Federal and state — Offices are closed Saturday.
County — Offices and libraries are closed Saturday.
Chandler — Offices close at 5 p.m. Friday and are closed Saturday. Libraries closed both Friday and Saturday. No change to recycling or trash collection on Saturday.
Gilbert — Offices and libraries are closed Friday and Saturday. Regular trash collection on Saturday.
Glendale — Offices are closed Saturday. Libraries are closed Friday and Saturday. Regular trash collection Friday and Saturday.
Mesa — Offices are closed Saturday. Libraries close at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Regular trash collection on Friday and Saturday.
Peoria — Offices are closed Saturday. Libraries closed Friday and Saturday. Regular trash collection on Friday and Saturday.
Phoenix — Offices closed Friday and Saturday. Libraries open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and closed Saturday. No trash collection on Saturday.
Scottsdale — Offices are closed Friday and Saturday. Libraries closed Friday and Saturday. No change to trash collection on Saturday.
Tempe — Offices and libraries are closed Friday and Saturday. Trash collection will not be affected as there are no trash pickups scheduled for Friday or Saturday.

Banks — Closed on Saturday.
Post Service — Regular service on Friday and no regular mail service on Saturday.
Valley Metro — For Friday, buses will operate on a weekday schedule and rail will operate on a weekday schedule. Customer service will be open 6 a.m.-8 p.m. For Saturday, buses will operate on a Sunday schedule; no Express or RAPID bus service; rail will operate on a Sunday schedule. Customer service will be closed.
The Arizona Republic — Circulation customer service will be open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m.-11 a.m. Saturday. Newsroom customer service is closed Saturday.
