YouTube personalities pay almost $7M for lot in PV
A 2.25-acre parcel atop Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain set a record last week for the priciest single-family lot land sale in Arizona.

Channel Red LLC, which is managed by YouTube personalities and video gamers Alia Shelesh, who goes by SSSniperwolf, and Evan Young, known as Evan Sausage, paid cash for 2.25 acres of vacant land on Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain. The hillside lot has views of metro Phoenix from every angle. The sale set a record for the highest price for a single-family lot.
Bill Cleverly, former co-CEO of Meritage Homes and CEO of INCA Capital, was the seller. Frank DiMaggio of Launch Real Estate had the listing.

Ian Linton sold the house.

The kitchen will have a huge walk-in pantry and two refrigerators. The house will also have a glass wine room, 20 feet of walls of retractable glass and an indoor/outdoor bar. Maikai Aina Holdings was the seller.
