YouTube personalit­ies pay almost $7M for lot in PV

A 2.25-acre parcel atop Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain set a record last week for the priciest single-family lot land sale in Arizona.

$6,990,000

Channel Red LLC, which is managed by YouTube personalit­ies and video gamers Alia Shelesh, who goes by SSSniperwo­lf, and Evan Young, known as Evan Sausage, paid cash for 2.25 acres of vacant land on Paradise Valley’s Mummy Mountain. The hillside lot has views of metro Phoenix from every angle. The sale set a record for the highest price for a single-family lot.

Bill Cleverly, former co-CEO of Meritage Homes and CEO of INCA Capital, was the seller. Frank DiMaggio of Launch Real Estate had the listing.

Dudley and Sharon Coleman, owners of Texas-based Coleman Dudley M Trucking, bought a north Scottsdale mansion situated on 14 acres. The 11,340square-foot mansion, with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, has its own gated entrance, gatehouse and a long winding paver drive to the main house. Nancy Jacobs sold the house.

Bruce and Miyoko Jacobi paid cash for a 5,447-square-foot property in north Scottsdale’s Troon Country Club. The house, with five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms, was recently renovated and comes with multiple floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and a casita. GBP Houses LLC was the seller.

property purchased a 7,385-squarefoot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms. The home has 18-foot ceilings, blue and black pearl iridescent tile, dancing water features outside, 28 feet of retractabl­e glass walls and 2,000 square feet of covered patios. Ian Linton sold the house.

Kenneth and Kathleen Black paid cash for a 5,440-square-foot home with four bedrooms and 41⁄2 bathrooms in north Scottsdale's Desert Mountain. The contempora­ry-style home is still under constructi­on. The kitchen will have a huge walk-in pantry and two refrigerat­ors. The house will also have a glass wine room, 20 feet of walls of retractabl­e glass and an indoor/outdoor bar. Maikai Aina Holdings was the seller.
