HSS Trust purchases $8 Mediterranean home in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community
Metro Phoenix’s priciest home to sell last week is located in north Scottsdale’s posh Silverleaf neighborhood and has more than 14,500 square feet of living space.

The house, with seven bedrooms and 71⁄2 bathrooms, comes with a vaulted cross-beam ceiling, imported stone countertops, retractable sliding glass doors, a wine room, loft, an entertaining kitchen outside the main kitchen and an upper deck with fireplace. The TBM Exempt Trust was the seller. Lisa Westcott of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.
