HSS Trust purchases $8 Mediterran­ean home in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community

Metro Phoenix’s priciest home to sell last week is located in north Scottsdale’s posh Silverleaf neighborho­od and has more than 14,500 square feet of living space.

$8,000,000

The HSS Trust purchased a 14,512-square-foot Mediterran­ean-style mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The house, with seven bedrooms and 71⁄2 bathrooms, comes with a vaulted cross-beam ceiling, imported stone countertop­s, retractabl­e sliding glass doors, a wine room, loft, an entertaini­ng kitchen outside the main kitchen and an upper deck with fireplace. The TBM Exempt Trust was the seller. Lisa Westcott of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.

$7,800,000

Michael and Kathleen Rollings of Pennsylvan­ia paid cash for an 11,250-square-foot property in north Scottsdale. The house, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, wasn’t listed, so no additional informatio­n on its features is available. RCC Corp. sold it.

The Lallian Family Trust bought an 8,403-square-foot Paradise Valley home with six bedrooms and 61⁄2 bathrooms. The house, with views of Camelback and Mummy mountains, has Russian white oak wood floors, a butler’s pantry, a wet bar with a 100-bottle wine chiller, outside ramada with fireplace and fitness room in the master suite. Citrine Estate Trust sold the home.

$6,400,000

Joseph and Katherine Parenza purchased a 7,619square-foot house on the Phoenix side of the Arcadia neighborho­od. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house has a game and TV room with reading nooks, a large downstairs master suite with a fireplace and two bathrooms, a wine room and saltwater pool.

Gary and Michelle Moore sold the house.

$6,337,000

Calum & Tricia DeSouza paid cash for a contempora­ry Paradise Valley home with 6,291 square feet of space. Cal DeSouza is owner of Scottsdale-based Belleview Communitie­s. Tricia DeSouza is a metro Phoenix real estate agent. The couple’s home was designed by architect C.P. Drewett and has five bedrooms and 51⁄2 bathrooms. The house comes with a gourmet kitchen with two sinks that opens to a large patio, which features an outdoor kitchen, double-sided fireplace and big entertainm­ent area. Attorney Charles Surrano sold the home.
