PHOENIX – Robin Soaré, of Phoenix, AZ. passed away on February 12, 2023, while doing one of her favorite activities, skiing.

Robin is survived by her husband, Brodie and children, Allison and Corbin. She is also survived by her mother, Patricia Peterson of Chandler, AZ; sisters, Kristin (Jim) Tate and Erin (Mark) Lehman; in-laws; Kathy Wooster and Malcom (Roberta) Soaré; nieces and nephews, 2 cats, Groucho and Gunnar, and her beloved grandhorse, Rusty.

Robin was born on February 13, 1972, in West Allis, Wisconsin but grew up in Glendale, AZ and graduated from Alhambra High School in 1990. She spent her 11th grade year in Finland as a foreign exchange student. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Communicat­ion at Arizona State University in 1994. She returned to school, receiving her post-Baccalaure­ate degree in Elementary and Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. She received her Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum and Developmen­t from the University of Phoenix in 2006.

Robin has worked for Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Honeywell Corporatio­n, Rancho Solano Private School and Benchmark Charter School. In 2015 Robin opened a private preschool, Kaleidosco­pe Preschool, and in 2017 expanded that business to open the charter school Kaleidosco­pe School. Teaching and educationa­l administra­tion were both her passion and her true calling. She loved her students and put her heart and soul into helping them learn, grow, and discover. Robin put her whole heart into everything she did— her family, her friends, her students, her co-workers, and her businesses. Her compassion, drive and commitment to others will be missed dearly.
