Terrapin, Braves, Fox Bros. team up

Athens-based brewery Terrapin Beer Co. and the Atlanta Braves announced a new Terrapin taproom and brewery, set to open next year at the Battery Atlanta, adjacent to SunTrust Park, the new home of the Braves in Cobb County. The Taproom restaurant, operated by Delaware North, will feature Terrapin beer and a full menu of barbecue from Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q. 5Church partner on ‘Top Chef ’

5Church partner and executive chef Jamie Lynch was selected as a contestant on “Top Chef ” Season 14, which was filmed in Charleston, S.C., earlier this year and is scheduled to debut on Dec. 1 on Bravo. Cyrille Holota at Le Bilboquet

Cyrille Holota is in as the new head chef at Le Bilboquet, the French bistro at the Shops Buckhead Atlanta. Cochon 555 BBQ competitio­n

On Oct. 30, Cochon 555 will bring together some of Atlanta’s best chefs, including Kevin Rathbun of Rathbun’s Restaurant­s and Ford Fry of Rocket Farm Restaurant­s, for the Heritage BBQ competitio­n at the Stave Room on Armour Drive. With a mission to bridge the gap between family farms and restaurant­s, the competitio­n will feature five chef teams cooking five whole, heritage breed pigs to create and present a “Judges’ Plate” of six dishes.
