The 5,000-square-foot commercial building will be constructed on 0.4 acres by Yorkshire Real Estate Corp. that will be General Commercial-Conditional instead of Neighborhood Shopping to allow the dentist office as a permitted use.

The applicant plans to relocate some of the existing businesses from 969 Windy Hill Road to the proposed commercial building since the city acquired the property at 969 Windy Hill Road for the Windy Hill Road Improvement Project.
