■No. 1 Baylor 77, (at) No. 25 Kansas State 68: Manu Lecomte scored 26 points after battling early foul trouble, and Ish Wainright and Al Freeman had 15 each as the Bears (15-1, 3-1 Big 12) bounced back from a lopsided loss at West Virginia. Johnathan Motley was held to seven points and nine rebounds before fouling out with 4:34 left and the Bears leading 62-55. D.J. Johnson scored 20 for the Wildcats (13-4, 2-3).

■(At) No. 2 Kansas 87, Oklahoma State 80: Frank Mason III scored 22 points, and freshman Josh Jackson added 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Jayhawks (16-1, 5-0 Big 12), who rallied for their 16th straight win and could move into the top spot when the AP poll comes out on Monday. Jeffrey Carroll scored 23 for Oklahoma State (10-7, 0-5).

■No. 3 Villanova 70, (at) St. John’s 57: Redshirt freshman Dante DiVincenzo had a season-high 19 points for the Wildcats (17-1, 5-1 Big East). Mikal Bridges scored 12 points and Josh Hart added 11. A 7-0 run capped by Kris Jenkins’ 3-pointer gave Villanova a 60-48 lead with 4:56 to play. Freshman Shamorie Ponds had 13 points for the Red Storm (8-11, 2-4), who have lost four straight overall and 10 in a row to Villanova.

■No. 21 St. Mary’s at No. 5 Gonzaga: Late

■(At) No. 6 Kentucky 92, Auburn 72: Malik Monk scored 24 points as the Wildcats (15-2, 5-0 Southeaste­rn Conference) shot 57 percent and put five players in double figures. T.J. Dunans led Auburn (11-6, 1-4) with 23 points. ■(At) No. 11 North Carolina 96, No. 9 Florida State 83: Joel Berry II scored 26 points as North Carolina 16-3, 4-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) snapped Florida State’s schoolreco­rd winning streak at 12. Justin Jackson and Isaiah Hicks each added 22 points. Foul trouble forced the Tar Heels to go with a small lineup, but they finished with a 56-34 rebounding advantage with 21 offensive boards, helping them to 25 second-chance points in an effort FSU coach Leonard Hamilton called “relentless.” The Tar Heels attacked the basket and shot 37 free throws. Jonathan Isaac had 17 points and 12 rebounds for the Seminoles (16-2, 4-1).

■Oregon State at No. 13 Oregon: Late

■(At) No. 14 Louisville 78, No. 7 Duke 69: Anas Mahmoud had 17 points and 11 rebounds, and Donovan Mitchell added 15 points for Louisville (15-3, 3-2 ACC), which shot 59 percent in the second half. Duke (14-4, 2-3) pulled within five on Luke Kennard’s two foul shots with 5:35 left, but Mitchell responded with a 3-pointer. Mitchell hit another 3 with 4:03 left, giving the Cardinals a 69-60 lead. Grayson Allen scored 23 points for the Blue Devils, who have dropped two in a row and three of five. Kennard finished with 17 points.

■(At) No. 8 Creighton 101, Truman State 69: Marcus Foster scored 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting for the Bluejays (17-1) against the Division II Bulldogs from Kirksville, Mo. The game was an exhibition for them and didn’t count against their 13-4 record. Creighton dunked eight times and put the game away with a 17-2 run in the second half.

■No. 10 West Virginia 74, (at) Texas 72: Teyvon Myers scored 16 points and Jevon Carter added 15, including two free throws in the final seconds that gave West Virginia (15-2, 4-1 Big 12) a four-point lead. Freshman Jarrett Allen scored 19 for the Longhorns (7-10, 1-4).

■(At) No. 12 Butler 83, No. 15 Xavier 78: Freshman Kamar Baldwin scored all of his career-high 21 points in the second half as the Bulldogs (15-3, 4-2 Big East) improved to 5-1 against ranked opponents this season. The Bulldogs closed it out by making their last 10 free throws. Edmond Sumner had 22 points and J.P. Macura 16 for Xavier (13-4, 3-2).

■No. 19 Virginia 77, (at) Clemson 73: London Perrantes scored a season-high 25 points for the Cavaliers (13-3, 3-2 ACC). Marial Shayok tied his career high with 17 points. The Cavs blew a nine-point lead in the second half, but Perrantes made his fourth 3-pointer to put them back in front 73-70. Jaron Blossomgam­e led Clemson (11-6, 1-4) with 22 points.

■No. 20 Notre Dame 76, (at) Virginia Tech 71: Steve Vasturia scored 20 points, and Notre Dame (16-2, 5-0 A CC) ended the Hokies’ 15-game home winning streak despite blowing a 19-point lead. Chris Clarke had 21 points, nine rebounds and five assists for Tech (13-4, 2-3).

■(At) Penn State 52, No. 24 Minnesota 50: Tony Carr made two free throws with five seconds left for the Nittany Lions (11-7, 3-2 Big Ten), who rallied from a 32-22 halftime deficit. Mike Watkins had 15 points and 15 rebounds. Reggie Lynch scored 12 for the Golden Gophers (15-4, 3-3).

ACC

■ Miami 72, (at) Pittsburgh 46: Davon Reed scored 18 and Bruce Brown 17 as the Hurricanes (12-4, 2-2) snapped a two-game losing streak. They had a 37-23 rebounding edge and held Pitt (12-6, 1-4) to 34 percent shooting. The Panthers played without forward Ryan Luther (right foot). Senior forward Michael Young, playing with a mask to protect his right eye, shot 0 for 10.

■ (At) Syracuse 76, Boston College 53: Tyus Battle had a career-high 21 points for the Orange (11-7, 3-2), who scored 20 points off 20 turnovers in avenging an early-season loss to the Eagles (9-9, 2-3).

SEC

■ Alabama 81, (at) LSU 66: Corban Collins scored a season-high 24 points, including 7 of 11 from 3-point range, for the Crimson Tide (10-6, 3-1). Duop Reath had 12 points, nine rebounds and three blocked shots for LSU (9-7, 1-4).

■ (At) Mississipp­i State 67, Texas A&M 59: Freshman Schnider Herard scored a career-high 16 points, including a tip-in swat from 10 feet just before the halftime buzzer, for the Bulldogs (12-4, 3-1), who won their third straight heading into a showdown Tuesday with Kentucky. The Aggies (9-7, 1-4) made 22 turnovers and shot 1 of 14 from 3-point range.
