■(At) No. 1 Villanova 78, Providence 68: Josh Hart scored 25 points and Kris Jenkins 19 as the Wildcats (19-1, 7-1 Big East) won their fifth straight. Rodney Bullock had 17 points and Jalen Lindsey 14 for the Friars (13-8, 3-5).

■(At) No. 2 Kansas 79, Texas 67: Devonte’ Graham scored 18 and Frank Mason III added 17 for the Jayhawks (18-1, 7-0 Big 12). Freshman Jarrett Allen had career highs with 22 points and 19 rebounds for the Longhorns (7-12, 1-6).

■No. 14 Arizona 96, (at) No. 3 UCLA 85: Kobi Simmons scored 20 points and Lauri Markkanen added 18 for the Wildcats (18-2, 7-0 Pac-12), who have won 12 in a row. Lonzo Ball scored 24 for UCLA (19-2, 6-2), whose 11-game home winning streak ended. Arizona sophomore Allonzo Trier had 12 points in his first game of the season. His status was resolved Friday night after he tested negative for a performanc­e-enhancing drug. He said last week that he had inadverten­tly taken a substance with a trace amount of PED and the NCAA wouldn’t allow him to play until his system was cleared. “I don’t think we win without him,” coach Sean Miller said.“It means a lot, especially for this team and his family.”

■ (At) No. 4 Gonzaga 73, Portland 52: Nigel Williams-Goss scored 15 as Gonzaga (19-0, 7-0 West Coast) remained the only unbeaten Division I team. Portland (9-10, 2-5) played without leading scorer Alec Wintering, who earlier Saturday was declared out for the season with a torn ACL.

■(At) No. 5 Kentucky 85, No. 24 South Carolina 69: Malik Monk scored 27 points and Bam Adebayo added 18 as Kentucky (17-2, 7-0) took sole possession of first place in the SEC. Freshman guard De’Aaron Fox, Kentucky’s No. 2 scorer at 16.7 a game, exited with an injured right ankle in the first half, but coach John Calipari said afterward the joint had no swelling. Senior guard Sindarius Thornwell scored a careerhigh 34 points for South Carolina (15-4, 5-1), which played without guard P.J. Dozier (back spasms), its second-leading scorer at 15 a game.

■No. 6 Baylor 62, (at) TCU 53: Manu Lecomte scored 17 points for the Bears (18-1, 6-1 Big 12). Ishmail Wainright swished a 3-pointer with 4:16 left, putting the Bears up 5048 and starting a 7-0 run. Vlad Brodziansk­y had 19 points and 10 rebounds for TCU (14-5, 3-4).

■(At) Kansas State 79, No. 7 West Virginia 75: Barry Brown and Kamau Stokes scored 15 each for the Wildcats (15-4, 4-3 Big 12), who blew an 11-point lead in the second half but hung on. Tarik Phillip scored 20 for West Virginia (15-4, 4-3).

■Marquette 102, (at) No. 7 Creighton 94: Katin Reinhardt scored 17 of his season-high 21 points in the first half as Marquette (13-6, 3-3) earned its first Big East road win. Luke Fischer and Jajuan Johnson added 18 points apiece. Marcus Foster scored 30 for the Bluejays (18-2, 5-2), who played their first full game without star point guard Maurice Watson Jr. He tore the ACL in his left knee Monday at Xavier.

■No. 9 North Carolina 90, (at) Boston College 82: Justin Jackson scored 22 points, and Kennedy Meeks had 20 points and nine rebounds as North Carolina (18-3, 6-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) won its sixth in a row. Ky Bowman matched his career high with 33 points for the Eagles (9-11, 2-5). He had originally committed to play wide receiver for North Carolina before opting for basketball instead.

■(At) No. 10 Florida State 73, No. 12 Louisville 68: Jonathan Isaac and Dwayne Bacon scored 16 points each for the Seminoles (18-2, 6-1 ACC), who finished 5-1 during a stretch when they faced six straight ranked opponents. “It is very fun because no one thought we would be in this situation,” Bacon said. “Everyone doubted us but we have proved that we can do much more.” Tony Hicks scored 16 for Louisville (16-4, 4-3).

■ (At) No. 11 Oregon 69, Stanford 52: Chris Boucher had 16 points and 10 rebounds, and Dylan Ennis scored 15 for Oregon (18-2, 7-0 Pac-12), which broke a 104-year-old school record with its 16th consecutiv­e win. The Ducks played without preseason All-America forward Dillon Brooks (sprained left foot). Marcus Allen had 13 points for the Cardinal (11-9, 3-5).

■No. 13 Butler 70, (at) DePaul 69 (OT): Kethan Savage scored 20 points and Kamar Baldwin added 18 for the Bulldogs (17-3, 6-2 Big East), who trailed by 20 in the first half. Baldwin hit the go-ahead free throws with 3.7 seconds left. Eli Cain scored a career-high 32 for DePaul (8-12, 1-6).

■(At) No. 15 Notre Dame 84, Syracuse 66: V.J. Beachem scored a career-high 30 points, and Matt Farrell added 15 points and nine assists for Notre Dame (17-3, 6-1 ACC). Tyler Lydon had 24 points and 10 rebounds for the Orange (11-9, 3-4). who had beaten the Fighting Irish four straight times.

■No. 17 Wisconsin 78, (at) Minnesota 76 (OT): Ethan Happ scored a career-high 28 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Badgers (16-3, 5-1 Big Ten) beat the Golden Gophers (15-5, 3-4) for the sixth straight time. Nigel Hayes added 21 points for the Badgers, and Bronson Koenig hit two 3-pointers in OT. Amir Coffey scored 19 for Minnesota, and Akeem Springs’ 3-pointer with 11.4 seconds left forced OT.

■(At) No. 18 Duke 70, Miami 58: Matt Jones scored all 13 of his points in the second half, hitting three 3-pointers during a 20-0 run that lifted Duke (15-4, 3-3 ACC) to victory. The Blue Devils fell behind by 12 points in the first half — the largest deficit they’ve overcome in a victory this season — but outscored Miami 45-22 in the final 20 minutes. Davon Reed had 19 points for the Hurricanes (12-6, 2-4).

■Vanderbilt 68, (at) No. 19 Florida 66: Matthew FisherDavi­s scored 19 points as the Commodores (9-10, 3-4 SEC) ended a four-game losing streak. KeVaughn Allen had a season-high 29 points for the Gators (14-5, 5-2), who have dropped two in a row.

■No. 20 Cincinnati 78, (at) Tulane 61: Jacob Evans scored 15 points for Cincinnati (17-2, 7-0 American Athletic), which shot 56 percent and won its 10th consecutiv­e game. The Green Wave are 4-15, 1-6.

■(At) No. 21 Purdue 77, Penn State 52: Caleb Swanigan had 19 points and 12 rebounds, and freshman guard Carsen Edwards scored 13 for Purdue (16-4, 5-2 Big Ten). Josh Reaves scored 12 for Penn State (11-9, 3-4).

■Mississipp­i 75, (at) Missouri 71: Sebastian Saiz had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Terrence Davis added 18 points and 11 rebounds for Ole Miss (12-7, 3-4). Kevin Puryear had 26 points on 11-for-14 shooting, but the Tigers (5-13, 0-6) lost their 10th straight.

■(At) Auburn 84, Alabama 64: Freshman Austin Wiley had his biggest game since enrolling at midseason, collecting 19 points and nine rebounds for Auburn (13-6, 3-4). Freshman Mustapha Heron made three 3-pointers and scored 13 of his 15 points in a 5 1/2-minute stretch as the Tigers pulled away in a game that was tied at halftime. Braxton Key led Alabama (11-7, 4-2) with 18 points.

■(At) Tennessee 91, Mississipp­i State 74: Robert Hubbs III scored 19 for Tennessee (10-9, 3-4). Schnider Herard had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulldogs (12-6, 3-3).

■(At) Arkansas 99, LSU 86: Senior Moses Kingsley scored a season-high 24 points as the Razorbacks (15-4, 4-3) won their third in a row . Freshman Skylar Mays scored 22 for LSU (9-9, 1-6), which has lost five in a row.

ACC

■Wake Forest 93, (at) North Carolina State 88: John Collins scored 21 points as the Demon Deacons (12-7, 3-4) ended a 25-game ACC road losing streak. Abdul-Malik Abu had 20 points for the Wolfpack (13-7, 2-5).
