WHO PAYS WHAT AT SUNTRUST PARK?

The Atlanta Braves say Cobb County taxpayers owe $14 million for roads and other infrastruc­ture improvemen­ts for SunTrust Park and the team’s privately owned, mixeduse developmen­t. Cobb’s transporta­tion director says taxpayers have already met that obligation. Here are the competing project lists from each side. Braves’ list of projects for which it says taxpayers are responsibl­e:

■ $5.8 million: Clearing, grading and paving public roads inside the team’s mixeduse developmen­t.

■ $5.7 million: Elevated pedestrian bridges over Circle 75 and Windy Ridge parkways to access satellite stadium parking.

■ $2.2 million: Pedestrian walkway to satellite lots and other improvemen­ts.

■ $490,000: Traffic signals on Heritage Court, Windy Ridge and Circle 75 parkways.

■ $20,065: Stadium truck staging lane on Circle 75 Parkway.

■ $14.2 million: Total

Transporta­tion Director Jim Wilgus’ list of projects for which he says the county should receive credit toward the $14 million obligation:

■ $26.3 million: Windy Hill Road Diverging Diamond Interchang­e at I-75.

■ $9.8 million: Realign Interstate North Parkway at Interstate North Circle to move daily traffic away from SunTrust Park.

■ $8.8 million: Cumberland Boulevard widening between Akers Mill Road and Cumberland Parkway.

■ $6.9 million: Various improvemen­ts to Windy Hill Road between Cobb Parkway and Powers Ferry Road.

■ $6.1 million: Lengthenin­g I-285 west-bound exit ramps onto Cobb Parkway and widening turn lanes from Cobb Parkway onto Spring Road, among other improvemen­ts.

■ $5.2 million: Intersecti­on improvemen­ts for Cobb Parkway at Windy Hill Road.

■ $4.9 million: Spring Road widening.

■ $613,200: Intersecti­on improvemen­ts for Cobb Parkway at Windy Ridge Parkway.

■ $514,600: Widening of shoulder of I-285 east-bound off ramps to create third lane.

■ $69.5 million: Total
